APPEARANCE
Tsukuru stands at about 4'10" with an unassuming and slender build. A mop of dark brown hair messily covers his forehead and slightly obscures his eyes, going down to roughly shoulder length at the back. His eyes are a pale grey that denote a curious but reserved expression.
For clothing he wears a simple light red robe over basic coverings, more often than not he opts to go barefoot. Underneath this robe are numerous pockets filled with tools and supplies for building and maintaining his puppets.

When you do, the next three jutsu either you or your minion use have their chakra cost decreased by 4.

Description:This technique involves focusing chakra to the bottom of ones feet. The amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly so the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. Too little and the user will sink, too much and the user will greatly disturb the water's surface. Additionally, a user under water can focus chakra on their hands or any other body part that makes contact with the surface of the water. If they were submerged, they can climb atop the water as if they were climbing out of a pool.

Description: This technique involves focusing a fixed amount of chakra to the bottom of one's feet, and using that to climb solid without using one's hands or climbing equipment. If the stream of chakra is too weak, the user will lose their footing on the surface and fall off. If it is too strong, the user will be pushed away from the surface, causing the surface to be damaged around the point of contact and the user will fall.

BACKGROUND: Like many unfortunate children born in the Warring states period Tsukuru was left a war orphan. Both Mother and Father slain in battle shortly after his fifth birthday. Despite this, he was still raised in a way that would ensure he eventually fed the growing war machine of Wind Country. And being a purebred Shirogane he was expected to master the art of combat puppeteering. Before he could even read properly he was memorising manuals and assembly guides passed down to him by the clan elders.
The trauma of losing his parents so suddenly caused Tsukuru to withdraw from a lot of social situations, and eventually the child gave up speaking for himself entirely. It was only when he created his first puppet at age six that he finally spoke again. Though the words flowed not from him, but from his creation.
This is how he would communicate aside from then on. With the exception of written word. With each puppet he created he would use it as a vessel to speak through. Oddly enough each puppet sounded distinct and different from one another. Some even massively varying from Tsukuru's own voice, with one particular puppet even mimicing the soothing feminine voice of his Mother.
Like most Shirogane, Tsukuru did develop a knack for building and operating puppets, but he struggled to create something he was truly satisfied with. Unable to accept even small imperfections in his creations. Over the years he constructed and deconstructed many different puppets when he found they didn't align with the perfect vision he had in his head.
It wasn't until shortly after his twelfth birthday that he put together something he was proud to call his first true creation. A large spider-like construct. Eight-legged, but with a woman's torso protruding from the thorax, a strange hybrid of designs, that in testing proved quite combat effective. With clever application of Taijutsu and Ninjutsu woved into its design. Something Tsukuru himself lacked a lot of skill with.
The puppet, dubbed 'Kumo On'na' would never see field combat during the war. As it ended just before Tsukuru was due to be deployed. He wasn't upset by this turn of events per se, but part of him did wish to fight. To find out who it was that had taken his parents from him, and get his revenge.
That voice inside him was a quiet one though, and now Tsukuru is wandering, seeking tutelage in order to better refine his puppetry and design. As it is, he still deems Kumo On'na not quite finished.

- Shirogane Puppetry: Due to their master's skill in puppet construction, it costs the character half the amount of Ryo to revive in the event of its death. When this minion enters a thread, you can declare that they have an item integrated into their body. It is still consumed on use, if appropriate, but will not count towards its ‘once per thread’ limit once when used.
