Valley of Clouds and Lightning The Valley of Clouds and Lightning is a valley surrounded by tall spires of stone, filled with mist and smoke that shield the occupants of the area from the sight of passersby. A wide, deep river flows through the bottom of the valley out into a miles long stretch of water towards the sea. |
