Akane stands at 6’1” or 186cm and is of a broad-shouldered and muscular build. She has very lightly tanned skin and piercing dark blue eyes. She has a rather striking nose, a rounded jaw-line with a pointed chin and often wears blue lipstick. She has two-toned medium length hair, with the majority of it mostly towards the back being a deep blue and the forward fringe being a faded cyan colour.
Akane prefers loose fitting or baggy clothing as she feels more comfortable moving in them; and that she can essentially keep her true stature hidden.
She often wears a baggy faded purple shirt with more open sleeves that she prefers to roll up closer to her shoulders. She also wears long fingerless crosshatch mesh gloves that reach under the rolled up sleeves, simple baggy dark blue almost black trousers and standard non-shinobi boots of the same colour.
In other cases, she can be seen wearing a black long sleeved shirt, full gloves with metal plates on the back of each hand, a deep blue haori with light blue icey decals along the edges at the bottom and across the sleeves of the haori, additionally she wears a hakama that only just reaches below her knees which is in the same colour as the haori with identical decals on the edges, she also wears deep blue leggings and retains her black non-shinobi boots as before.

BACKGROUND:
In a war torn world, hatred would come easily to many...
Though perhaps to none more so than the Uchiha Clan. Who, while not being inherently malicious, were people of intense raw emotions. These same emotions would cause many of their number to sway a certain way due several factors like even the various rigid traditions that they upheld. There were many expectations within the Uchiha too, strict rules to be followed, training regimens and perhaps most importantly; the ultimately vicious protection of their legendary Dojutsu— the Sharingan. This, compounded with the tense climate of the world, the Uchiha gave off a different vibe compared to during the long-lost peace-time, to a point where they had almost closed themselves off from anyone else...
Yes, indeed, in a war torn world, hatred would come easily to many...
However, this would not be true for all of the Uchiha. One of the clan’s youths, an oddity of sorts by the name of Isamu was always a bit different. Brave and idealistic, preferred to practice his natural water affinity over his natural fire affinity, was perhaps a bit too merciful towards his foes than what his clan may have preferred, that sort of thing. He held no ill will against the Uchiha, but he definitely felt as though he did not fit. Above all else he wanted to find himself in the world. So, one day, knowing all that he knew about his clan— the rules, the training and their tradition, Isamu did perhaps the bravest thing he could have possibly done—
He ran away, deserting the Uchiha after taking an opportunity during a skirmish with an enemy battalion, as soon as he was sure he could do so safely, and he never looked back.
Isamu traveled far and wide on his own, putting a stop to various injustices that he came across whenever he could; and he eventually found himself in the Land of Water. Taking a liking to the area in a short time, Isamu decided that it would be his new home. In making such a decision, it lead him to meet the love of his life; a part time fishmonger/restaurant owner and local fighter by the name of Ankā. She was a unique and rather fiery member of the Hoshigaki clan that also had some level of Yuki ancestry, resulting in her having the Hyōton affinity.
So, a few years later, they would have a daughter; Akane, who inherited the very same Hyōton affinity. Akane was noticeably far less shark-like compared to her mother, as she lacked gills or a blue pigmentation to her skin, she definitely had mildly rough skin in patches and even sharp baby teeth once they grew in. As a toddler, Akane quickly took a liking to several things very early on and they were expressed in several unique ways. Most notably; what could first be seen as a childish habit of playing with food, was actually a natural knack for experimentation and discovery of new flavors. This quality likely stemmed from how Akane closely watched her mother procure, prepare and cook food while simply observing as an infant.
Though, that said, as she grew up more, it became increasingly obvious that Akane’s eyes had something of a ‘piercing’ and striking quality to them, emphasized by how she came to present herself— taught from a young age to be confident in who she was by both of her parents. Regardless of where she came from, regardless of her ancestry on either side of her family, she was taught to see her uniqueness as a person as far more important than any of that.
Akane saw little reason to question the reason behind her parents going with this approach when she was in her teenage years and more likely to be a tad rebellious and critical. Being an individual of one’s own merits held greater importance over who they were in some way tied to. It made perfect sense to her! Even so, there had to be a reason for her parents emphasising the importance of this ideal...
That very reason would soon become apparent in the form of several Uchiha shinobi who had finally tracked down Isamu’s whereabouts after almost three decades since his disappearance. They had come with the personal intent to kill him under the assumption that he was truly a traitor and attempted an ambush when he was just outside his new home village. Of course, they were met with notable resistance from their intended target. Isamu was no slouch, however, he would be on the back foot for a while until assistance arrived in the form of his wife and daughter as well as some other locals. This caused the tide of battle to turn almost immediately; with the attacking Uchiha clansmen being successfully beaten, and just before they could have been killed, their lives called to spared when Akane herself confidently stepped forward to take a massive risk.
Not only was she the one to make the call, she intended to make a compelling case against the actions of these attackers, using both what she was taught and what she had learned about her family heritage over the course of the skirmish as the crux of her argument. There would always be a lot more to life than where you came from, the circumstances of one’s birth would not define who they were, what they did with their life would. The Uchiha clansmen were thereby convinced to see things from a fresh perspective— aiming to go on a journey of personal discovery— much like Isamu bravely risked his own life to do— to see if they could renounce their hateful ways in full one day. Initially stunned, everyone became grateful, and once healed, the ex-assassins would make their way out into the world once more; once finding it easy to despise, and now no longer.
Indeed, in a war torn world, hatred would come easily to many, but not to Isamu Uchiha, and especially not his daughter Akane Yuki.

You can only have one jutsu copied in your sharingan at a time, and can only use them while the sharingan is active. When you use a copied jutsu, it costs an additional 5 chakra. After you use a copied jutsu, it is no longer copied, and you cannot copy that jutsu again. You forget any copied jutsu when your sharingan deactivates, or at the end of the thread.

Description: This technique involves focusing chakra to the bottom of ones feet. The amount of chakra that needs to be emitted changes constantly so the user has to be emitting a constant stream of chakra from the bottom of their feet and using the repellent force to walk across the water's surface. Too little and the user will sink, too much and the user will greatly disturb the water's surface. Additionally, a user under water can focus chakra on their hands or any other body part that makes contact with the surface of the water. If they were submerged, they can climb atop the water as if they were climbing out of a pool.

Doing it this way also assists with aiming it. Firing the technique is as simple as letting go of the unseen thread, which seems to spring back and send the sharp ice construct at an opponent.

No members of the thread can attempt an escape without using an evasion or defence jutsu of some kind. If someone uses an evasion or defence to escape the thread, the escapee is targeted by this attack, and the jutsu ends.The attack’s damage is evenly divided across 3 posts. The attack will still use its total value for the purposes of blocking or evading it.]

This version of the Body Flicker technique leaves behind a sudden burst of ice shards as the shinobi vanishes to cover their movements and potentially cut their opponent.
