Originating within the Land of Earth the members of the Gari clan gained some repute due to their displayed skill within the Demolion Corp as walking bombs. Members have since spread out to sell their destructive abilities to the highest bidder, resulting in a rare few appearing within the Land of Wind and subsequently becoming part of their community.
Clan Features
[BASE] BAKUTON | BLAST RELEASE: Blast Release is a combined nature transformation Kekkei Genkai and a combination of Lightning and Earth, creating a volatile energy that explodes violently. You must start with the Earth and Lightning affinities, and you gain the special affinity ‘Blast’.
- You can spend 1 XP to apply Blast to a ninjutsu or genjutsu, or 2 XP for taijutsu.
- Blast counts as Lightning when attacking, and Earth when defending or evading, for damage type interactions.
- When a Blast Release jutsu with a Splitting effect is used, it deals +1x more damage to each enemy targeted.
[BASE] WALL BREAKER: As a result of the high energy discharges that the Gari clan utilise, clan members are naturally adept at the destruction of the defensive jutsu of their opponents.
- Three times per thread, you can give any jutsu the Piercing effect if it did not already have this effect. If it already had Piercing, Piercing now brings it to a third of its original value (rounding down), not half.
